Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line for prompt processing. Our agent is designated solely for receiving DMCA notices and is not authorized to handle other inquiries.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid notice, provide the following information in writing (preferably via email):
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
3. Identification of the infringing material, including specific URLs on the Site where it is located (general descriptions like channel or username are insufficient).
4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete or invalid notices may not be processed. Submitting a false or misleading notice may result in legal liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:
– We will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
– We will notify the affected user of the removal.
– For repeat infringers, we may terminate accounts or limit access to the Site at our discretion.

Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal (including URLs).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any district where the Site’s operator may be found if you reside outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us of a court action seeking an injunction within 10-14 business days, we may restore the material.
